Job summary

Redwood Credit Union seeks a Full Time Member Service Associate in Santa Rosa, CA to deliver exceptional member service, handle teller transactions, and promote Credit Union products. This role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and teamwork in a community-focused environment.

The position requires effective communication, willingness to work a rotating schedule including Saturdays, and a customer-centric approach.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent and at least six months of experience in retail sales and cash handling.
• Must be able to work a rotating schedule including Saturdays.
• Strong ability to cross-sell products using needs-based approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service to all Members, volunteers, internal employees, and service providers.
• Explain products and services to Members to meet their needs; cross-sell Credit Union products.
• Establish basic products and services for Members.
• Provide information to Members’ questions or direct to appropriate person.
• Safeguard Member information and maintain confidentiality.
