Job summary

Redwood Credit Union is seeking a Full Time Member Service Associate to handle routine teller work, deliver outstanding member service, and support branch success by selling and referring Credit Union products.

The role emphasizes accurate cash handling, cross-selling, and teamwork while representing the organization to members, volunteers, staff, and service providers. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to count and balance cash.
• Cross-sell products using needs-based approach.
• Rotating schedule including Saturdays.
• Learn new products and procedures.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service to all Members.
• Explain products and cross-sell services.
• Establish basic products and services for Members.
• Answer Members' questions or direct to appropriate person/department.
• Safeguard Member information and confidentiality.
• Complete Members’ transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Balance cash and checks; maintain documentation.
• Attend and contribute to departmental meetings.
• Open and close the branch.
• Complete orders for Credit Union forms and supplies.
• Participate in Credit Union committees.
