Job summary

Redwood Credit Union is seeking a Part Time Member Service Associate (24–25 hours/week) to perform teller tasks, deliver outstanding member service, and promote Credit Union products. The role supports branch operations, cross-sells Investment, Insurance, Auto services, and preserves member confidentiality.

The ideal candidate has basic math skills, knowledge of financial products, and the ability to work a rotating schedule including Saturdays. Competitive benefits apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service and handle routine teller tasks.
• Explain products and services and cross-sell Credit Union offerings.
• Balance cash and transactions with accurate documentation.
• Attend department meetings and perform branch duties as assigned.
• Support committees and process Credit Union forms and supplies.
