Responsibilities

• Provides member service at the front end and maintains the checkout area.
• Resolves member issues and concerns while promoting Sam's Club products and services.
• Provides guidance to members regarding self-service technology and processes member purchases.
• Assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to policies for different membership and payment types.
• Follows safety standards and conducts safety sweeps.
• Follows proper procedures for handling merchandise and reports unsafe situations to facility management.
• Maintains entrance areas, greets members, verifies memberships, and assists with purchasing decisions.
• Locates merchandise and maintains a safe shopping environment.
• Maintains exit areas, reviews receipts, and safeguards Sam's Club assets.
• Maintains paperwork and documentation; follows emergency procedures.
• Assists with training of Member Frontline Services associates and delivers program rollout training.
• Helps manage returns, shrink, and damages.
