Sam's Club is seeking a front-end associate to provide member service at the checkout area in Moore, OK. You will verify memberships, process purchases, assist with returns, and promote products and services while maintaining a safe shopping environment.

Responsibilities include supporting new program rollouts, guiding guests on self-checkout, and helping train fellow associates to ensure smooth operations and a positive member experience.

• Provide member service at the checkout area.
• Resolve member issues and concerns promptly.
• Promote Sam's Club products and services.
• Process member purchases and assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Guide members on self-service technology and assist with new programs rollout.
• Maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of the area and merchandise.
• Assist with training of Frontline Services associates.
