Job summary

Sam's Club in Oklahoma City is seeking a front-line associate to provide member service, process purchases, and assist with payments, returns, and exchanges. You will maintain the checkout and store areas, resolve member concerns, and promote Sam's Club products and services.

You’ll also guide members on self-service technology, participate in safety procedures, and assist with training new front-line staff.

Qualifications

• Experience operating front-end equipment such as cash registers.
• Experience with mobile retail applications and point-of-sale tech.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service and resolves member issues and concerns.
• Processes member purchases and assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to policies.
• Maintains checkout and entrance/exit areas and ensures a safe shopping environment.
• Conducts safety sweeps and reports unsafe conditions to management.
• Assists with training frontline associates on processes and new technology.
