Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome members, create a friendly atmosphere, verify check-ins and resolve issues.
• Lead tours, assist with enrollment, and explain membership options.
• Lead generation and sales: understand services and products, identify member needs.
• Equipment cleaning: sanitize and organize equipment.
• Facility maintenance: keep a clean, safe environment and report issues.
• Customer service: respond to inquiries and exceed member expectations.
• Answering calls and messages professionally and take accurate messages.
• Collaborate and communicate with management and staff.
• Handle mail and packages with proper tracking.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.
