KlickWay Athletics in Seattle is seeking a friendly, customer-focused team member to welcome members, conduct tours, assist with enrollment, and support daily front-desk operations. You will handle check-ins, answer calls, and help maintain a clean, welcoming gym environment.

The role requires excellent communication, a flexible schedule including weekends/holidays, and the ability to lift up to 45 lbs. Prior retail or client-facing experience is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)

Aufgaben

• Greet and Welcome Members: Warmly greet members, create a friendly atmosphere, and develop first-name relationships. Verify check-ins and resolve issues.
• New Membership Tours and Sign-ups: Conduct tours, assist with enrollment, and explain membership options.
• Lead Generation/Sales: Understand the services and products we offer in-depth, stay curious, and discover when members need our help in transforming their health and wellness journey.
• Equipment Cleaning: Regularly sanitize and organize equipment.
• Facility Maintenance: Ensure a clean, safe environment; put away weights and monitor/report maintenance issues.
• Customer Service: Respond to inquiries, address concerns, and exceed member expectations.
• Answering Calls and Message Handling: Handle calls professionally and redirect or take accurate messages.
• Collaboration and Communication: Maintain effective communication with management and staff.
• Mail and Package Handling: Receive and distribute mail and packages, ensuring proper tracking.
• Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
