Rize Beyond Banking in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Member Service Consultant to deliver exceptional service in person or via video, manage lobby traffic, open and service consumer and business accounts, and cross-sell banking products.

You’ll work Monday–Friday with Saturdays required, training provided, and you’ll engage members with warmth, build relationships, and advocate for services across channels to meet branch goals.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Ability to multi-task and manage branch workload effectively.
• Experience in sales or cross-selling is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Open and service consumer and business accounts; interview and counsel members.
• Perform account maintenance and educate members on digital servicing channels.
• Cross-sell credit union products to deepen member relationships.
