Job summary

Rize Credit Union in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Part Time Member Service Consultant at our Durango location (7415 S. Durango Dr. #106).

The role requires availability Monday–Friday and Saturdays, with a focus on opening and servicing accounts, cross-selling products, and delivering exceptional member service. The ideal candidate has a GED and at least 1 year of sales or retail experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 and mobile apps.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum one year of sales or retail experience in a fast-paced, customer service environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential

Responsibilities

• Open and service consumer and business accounts, interview, and cross-sell products to deepen member relationships
• Perform account maintenance and educate members on digital servicing options
• Make decisions on fee reversals, courtesy credits, and provisional credits within authority
• Contact prospective and current members by phone or email to offer information on products and services
• Greet and engage members to identify and address service or sales needs
• Resolve member inquiries and ensure satisfaction throughout resolution
• Guide members to access channels (ATM, Online, Mobile) and connect them to internal or external partners as needed
• Support branch development activities in coordination with branch management
