Rize Credit Union is seeking a dynamic Member Service Consultant for its Durango, NV branch slated to open in 2027. You will service members in person or via video, open and service consumer and business accounts, and cross-sell products to deepen relationships. Training will occur at Las Vegas branches before opening.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, multi-tasking, and effective communication, with a focus on guiding members to digital channels and resolving inquiries promptly.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of sales or retail experience in a fast-paced, customer-service environment.
• Proficient PC and internet browser skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 products (Outlook, TEAMS, Word, Excel).
• Comfort with smartphones and apps.

Mansioni

• Open and service consumer and business accounts; interview, counsel and cross-sell products to deepen member relationships.
• Perform account maintenance (address changes, disputes, deposits, IRA maintenance, etc.) and guide members to digital servicing options.
• Approve fee reversals, courtesy credits, and provisional credits within authority.
• Contact members via phone or email to present products and services for additional business.
• Greet members warmly, manage lobby traffic, and identify service or sales needs.
• Resolve member issues as a member advocate and coordinate with experts as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of all credit union products and services and guide members to access channels.
