Rave Financial is seeking a Senior Member Experience Associate to assist members with cash exchanges, payments, and negotiable instruments. You will direct resources to ensure cash flow operations and support teller line associates' growth in the branch.

You will manage the lobby queue, foster a hospitable experience, and act as a liaison between walk-in members and centralized staff while supporting sales, service culture, training, and fraud prevention initiatives.

Qualificações

• Strong interpersonal and diplomatic abilities for daily member interactions.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time in a busy branch.
• Comfort with operating general office equipment and basic software.
• Good understanding of fraud prevention practices and check/negotiable instruments.
