Job summary

YMCA of Metropolitan Fort Worth is seeking a Member Services Representative to be the first point of contact for current and prospective members. You will provide outstanding customer service, answer membership inquiries, and support administrative tasks to ensure a positive member experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• CPR, First Aid and AED certification preferred (or willing to obtain within 30 days).
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in a community-focused organization or membership-based facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome members, guests and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide information about YMCA programs, services and membership options.
• Assist members with inquiries, registration, and resolving issues.
• Promote YMCA membership benefits and programs to prospective members.
• Process membership applications, cancellations and changes; handle cash transactions.
• Maintain accurate records and member information in the database.
• Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Collaborate with other YMCA staff to support overall member experience.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to improving member services.
• Assist with special events and community outreach as needed.
