Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and visitors warmly.
• Provide information on YMCA programs and services.
• Assist with inquiries and membership registration.
• Promote membership benefits to prospective members.
• Conduct tours and orientation sessions.
• Assist with membership sales and renewals.
• Process applications and manage membership records.
• Handle cash transactions for fees and payments.
• Maintain cleanliness of the front desk area.
• Ensure authorized access to the facility.
• Report maintenance or safety issues.
• Collaborate with YMCA staff to enhance member experience.
• Participate in meetings to improve services.
• Assist with events and outreach as needed.
