Job summary

Wings Credit Union in Colorado is seeking a friendly Member Service Representative to deliver exceptional member service, process transactions accurately, and promote products and services to meet member needs. You will help members take full advantage of Wings' offerings with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

In this role you will handle face-to-face transactions, support product referrals across a wide range of services, and maintain cash drawers with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. or Equivalent.
• REQUIRED: 6+ months Customer Service experience in Financial Services or Retail Delivery.
• PREFERRED: 6+ months Sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Providing quality member service through accurate and professional face to face member transactions, including account creation and maintenance.
• Maintaining knowledge of products and services and making referrals across lending, investments, electronic banking, wealth management, and business banking.
• Complying with safety and service standards and with financial regulations (BSA/CFPB).
• Meeting job training requirements and following policies.
