Responsibilities

• Provide quality member service with accurate face-to-face transactions, new member accounts, and maintenance.
• Meet monthly sales standards by offering deposit, lending, and card products.
• Comply with BSA/CFPB regulations and internal policies and procedures.
• Adhere to safety and service standards across daily operations.
