• Know and refer Wings' products and services to meet member needs.
• Follow bank secrecy acts and CFPB/financial regulations.
• Complete required training and maintain accuracy in all transactions.
• Maintain cash drawer following policy.
• Adhere to safety and service standards per policies and procedures.
