The Part Time Member Service Representative will deliver superior member service, handle basic transactions, and support sales goals while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities include accepting deposits and providing face-to-face service, identifying member needs, and promoting products across deposits, loans, cards, and investments.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of Customer Service experience in Financial Services or Retail Delivery.
• Proficient in basic math and cash handling.
• Strong communication and cross-sell/upsell skills.
• Familiarity with Outlook and transactional systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality member service through face-to-face interactions and transactions.
• Meet monthly sales standards by offering deposit, lending, cards, investments, and business banking products.
• Adhere to Credit Union policies, procedures, and financial regulations (BSA/CFPB).
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in monetary transactions.
