Job summary

Ent Credit Union, now serving Wings Credit Union members in Loveland, CO, seeks a Member Service Representative to deliver outstanding service. You’ll handle face-to-face transactions, help members access products, and ensure accuracy and compliance with banking regulations.

A strong emphasis on referrals and community service is required. The role requires a minimum of 6 months in customer service within financial services or retail, with the ability to work accurately with money and use

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 6+ months Customer Service experience in Financial Services or Retail Delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality member service through accurate and professional face-to-face transactions (new member accounts, account and card maintenance).
• Maintain knowledge of products and services and refer members to lending, investments, electronic banking, wealth management, or business banking as needed.
• Comply with safety, service standards, policies, procedures, and financial regulations including BSA and CFPB.
• Meet training requirements.
• Maintain cash drawer per Cash Control Policy.
