We are seeking a dedicated Member Service Representative to deliver superior service, process transactions, open accounts, and refer members to a broad suite of products and services.

You will work within policy and regulatory guidelines (BSA/CFPB), maintain accuracy in cash handling, and strive for high-quality member interactions.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of customer service experience in financial services or retail delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality member service through face-to-face transactions including account creation and maintenance.
• Cross-sell and upsell products and services across lending, investments, electronic banking, wealth management, and business banking.
• Ensure compliance with safety, service standards, and regulations including BSA and CFPB.
• Maintain accurate cash drawer and follow cash handling procedures.
• Adhere to job training requirements and departmental policies.
