Qualifications

• 2 weeks of mandatory paid training at Wings headquarters in Colorado Springs, CO.
• 6+ months of customer service experience in financial services or retail delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality member service through face-to-face interactions and basic monetary transactions.
• Meet monthly sales standards by offering products across deposits, lending, cards, investments, and business banking.
• Adhere to safety and service standards and comply with BSA/CFPB regulations.
