Job summary

VASA Fitness in Draper, Utah seeks a friendly Member Experience Specialist to welcome members, answer questions about memberships, upgrades, and personal training options, and keep the club clean and inviting. You’ll set the tone for every visit with authentic connections and a helpful, energetic attitude.

The role involves guiding members on fitness journeys, performing tours, and driving sales while maintaining a positive, inclusive club environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service or membership sales.
• Strong communication and professional approach.
• Comfortable multi-tasking and working independently.
• Bilingual skills or CPR certification are a plus.

As the first friendly face at the front desk, the Member Experience Specialist sets the tone for every visit. By greeting members warmly, creating personal connections, and keeping the club clean and organized, you make VASA feel like home. You'll also guide members on their fitness journey by sharing information about memberships, upgrades, and personal training options. Every interaction you have helps members feel valued, motivated, and excited to come back--changing lives one visit at a time.

• COMPENSATION: Base rate of $11.40 per hour + commission with no cap!
• EARNING POTENTIAL:Top performers can earnover $32,000+ annually through wages and uncapped commission
• SCHEDULE: Opening 3:45am-noon, mid shift 10am-7pm, closing 4pm-12am
