Job summary

VASA Fitness in Spanish Fork, Utah seeks a Member Experience Specialist to greet members at the front desk, build personal connections, and keep the club clean and inviting.

You will guide members on memberships, upgrades, and personal training options, delivering inspiring service that makes guests feel valued and motivated to return.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a professional approach are essential.
• Experience in customer service or membership sales is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work independently while delivering excellent service.
• Interest in health, wellness, and fitness helps to connect with members.
• CPR certification or bilingual skills are a plus.

As the first friendly face at the front desk, the Member Experience Specialist sets the tone for every visit. By greeting members warmly, creating personal connections, and keeping the club clean and organized, you make VASA feel like home. You'll also guide members on their fitness journey by sharing information about memberships, upgrades, and personal training options. Every interaction you have helps members feel valued, motivated, and excited to come back--changing lives one visit at a time.

• COMPENSATION: Base rate of $11.40 per hour + commission with no cap!
• EARNING POTENTIAL:Top performers can earnover $32,000+ annually through wages and uncapped commission
• SCHEDULE: Opening 3:45am-noon, mid shift 10am-7pm, closing 4pm-12am

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• 1+ year of customer service, membership sales preferred
• Interest in health, wellness, and fitness
• Ability to pass a background check
• Bilingual skills or CPR certification are a plus

• Taking ownership to keep every area of the club clean (including bathrooms, front desk area, etc.), organized, and inviting

• Feedback is shared with leadership and used to improve the member experience
