VASA Fitness is seeking a Member Experience Specialist to greet members, build personal connections, and guide them on memberships and personal training options. You will help keep the club inviting and organized, ensuring every guest feels valued and motivated to return.

The role focuses on delivering a welcoming experience, advising on membership options, and supporting a positive, health-focused community within the club.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a professional approach.
• Comfortable multi-tasking and working independently.
• 1+ year of customer service; membership sales preferred.
• Interest in health, wellness, and fitness.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Bilingual skills or CPR certification are a plus.

As the first friendly face at the front desk, the Member Experience Specialist sets the tone for every visit. By greeting members warmly, creating personal connections, and keeping the club clean and organized, you make VASA feel like home. You'll also guide members on their fitness journey by sharing information about memberships, upgrades, and personal training options. Every interaction you have helps members feel valued, motivated, and excited to come back--changing lives one visit at a time.

• COMPENSATION: Base rate of $11.40 per hour + commission with no cap!
• EARNING POTENTIAL:Top performers can earnover $32,000+ annually through wages and uncapped commission
• SCHEDULE: Opening 3:45am-noon, mid shift 10am-7pm, closing 4pm-12am

• Member needs are addressed quickly with helpful solutionsFeedback is shared with leadership and used to improve the member experience
