Job summary

VASA Fitness in Herriman, UT is seeking a Member Experience Specialist to be the first friendly face at the front desk. You’ll greet members, build personal connections, keep the club clean, and guide members on memberships, upgrades, and personal training options.

You’ll help members feel valued and motivated, maintain a welcoming environment, and contribute to a great member experience. This role offers a base rate of $11.40 per hour plus commission with no cap, plus gym memberships and access

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a professional approach.
• Comfortable multi-tasking and working independently.
• 1+ year of customer service, membership sales preferred.
• Interest in health, wellness, and fitness.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Bilingual skills or CPR certification are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet members warmly and create personal connections at the front desk.
• Keep the club clean, organized, and welcoming for all guests.
• Guide members on memberships, upgrades, and personal training options.
• Assist in driving member engagement and sales through confident conversations and tours.
• Take ownership for maintaining a tidy front desk area and overall club environment.

• COMPENSATION: Base rate of $11.40 per hour + commission with no cap!
• SCHEDULE: Opening 3:45am-noon, mid shift 10am-7pm, closing 4pm-12am
