Job summary

VASA Fitness in Orem, UT is seeking a Member Experience Specialist to welcome members, guide their fitness journeys, and maintain a clean, inviting club environment.

You will discuss memberships, upgrades, and personal training options, helping members feel valued and energized to return. A strong, professional communication style is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Memberships sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual skills or CPR certification are a plus.
• Ability to pass a background check.

As the first friendly face at the front desk, the Member Experience Specialist sets the tone for every visit. By greeting members warmly, creating personal connections, and keeping the club clean and organized, you make VASA feel like home. You'll also guide members on their fitness journey by sharing information about memberships, upgrades, and personal training options. Every interaction you have helps members feel valued, motivated, and excited to come back--changing lives one visit at a time.

• COMPENSATION: Base rate of $11.40 per hour + commission with no cap!
• EARNING POTENTIAL:Top performers can earnover $32,000+ annually through wages and uncapped commission
• SCHEDULE: Opening 3:45am-noon, mid shift 10am-7pm, closing 4pm-12am
