Colorado Credit Union is seeking a Universal Associate to serve as the primary front-line contact for members, handling teller transactions, opening new accounts, and guiding them to online banking solutions.

The role emphasizes delivering accurate service, balancing service with sales, and maintaining adherence to Credit Union policies. A high school diploma and customer service experience are required; banking experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent training/experience.
• Previous sales or customer service experience required.
• Six months to one year of banking or loan experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process teller transactions and account maintenance.
• Open general new accounts and address questions related to accounts and loans.
• Assist members with online/mobile banking support and general account servicing.
• Meet individual and branch sales and referral goals.
• Support branch management with compliance, policies and procedures, and monthly reporting.
