Job summary

On Tap Credit Union in Colorado seeks a Universal Advocate to deliver distinguished member service, handling transactions and new account openings with accuracy.

Responsibilities include assisting with financial queries, outbound campaigns, educating members on products, and building partnerships across the credit union; this role values community involvement and a team-focused approach.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of financial services experience in credit union or banking.
• High school degree or GED equivalent.
• Huge fan of our K.E.G. of Excellence.
• Colorado notary, or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Regular and predictable attendance is a must!

Responsibilities

• Assist members with financial queries.
• Conduct outbound calls for marketing campaigns & member maintenance.
• Accurately process transactions in a timely manner.
• Educate members on our financial products and services, then recommend the right fit.
• Actively participate in community and business-related events (no less than one event per year).
• Establish, then maintain effective partnerships across all levels of the credit union.
