Job summary

Associated Credit Union seeks a Universal Associate I to deliver high-quality member service and perform routine branch duties. The role focuses on processing transactions, promoting products, and maintaining accurate cash drawers, while following policies and BSA requirements.

The position reports to the Universal Associate Lead / Assistant Branch Manager / Branch Manager and supports the Retail Services department in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s Degree from an accredited college desirable.
• Six months to one year banking or relevant customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; knowledge of Symitar Episys or MeridianLink is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process basic branch transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain proper cash levels and balance drawers and cash recyclers.
• Adhere to Bank Secrecy Act requirements and privacy policies.
• Provide high-level member service and identify members' financial needs.
