The role involves stocking, organizing merchandise, and training new frontline teammates on processes and new technologies, while ensuring accurate records and reporting.

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment (e.g., cash register).
• Experience using mobile retail applications for store operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service and resolve member issues.
• Maintain checkout area and process member purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policy.
• Help members with self-service technology and guide them through purchases.
• Ensure safety and security procedures are followed in the store.
• Assist with training of frontline associates and rollout of new programs.
• Zone, organize and stock merchandise to maintain a tidy shopping area.
• Maintain records, logs, and documentation as required.
