Job summary

Responsibilities

• Process transactions and resolve questions or discrepancies in member accounts.
• Record information accurately and verify member identity and documents.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect credit union operations and data.
• Provide guidance on products and services to meet member needs.
• Support branch goals and contribute to a positive member experience.
• Assist with training and coaching of other staff as needed.
• Adhere to legal and regulatory requirements including Bank Secrecy Act and related guidelines.
