Alabama Credit Union is seeking a Member Experience Representative for the Cullman North Branch in Cullman, AL. This frontline role focuses on onboarding members, opening new accounts, and guiding them through loan requests while handling routine financial transactions with accuracy and care.

The ideal candidate will deliver excellent customer service, possess basic computer skills, and be comfortable selling banking products to meet members' needs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Open new accounts and handle basic banking transactions.
• Assist members with loan requests and product recommendations.
• Follow lengthy procedures for account opening with accuracy.
• Explain and promote Alabama Credit Union products and services to members.
• Demonstrate a desire to help others in the community.

Responsibilities

• Open accounts and assist members with basic financial transactions (deposits/withdrawals, card orders, checks).
• Provide information about products and services to meet members' financial needs.
• Support onboarding of members and build relationships at the Cullman North Branch.
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in cash handling and routine postings.
