Job summary

Sam's Club in Niagara Falls, NY is seeking a front-line associate to deliver member service, operate the checkout area, and guide members on self-service technology. You will process purchases, handle payments, returns, and exchanges while following store policies and safety guidelines.

You will also assist with training new associates on processes, roll out new programs, and help maintain a safe, well-organized shopping environment for members and visitors.

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment (cash register)
• Working with mobile retail applications

Responsibilities

• Provides member service.
• Maintains the checkout area.
• Resolves member issues and concerns.
• Promotes Sam's Club products and services.
• Provides guidance and support to members regarding self-service technology.
• Processes member purchases.
• Assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies and procedures for different membership and payment types.
• Follows company safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps.
• Maintains entrance areas and ensures merchandise is organized.
• Assists members with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise.
• Maintains a safe shopping environment.
• Maintains exit areas and reviews member receipts.
• Secures Sam's Club assets and observes potential criminal activity.
• Maintains paperwork and documentation.
• Delivers training on processes and procedures for Member Frontline Services associates.
