Job summary

Sam's Club is seeking a Front End Associate at our Cheyenne, WY location. You will provide member service, maintain the checkout area, and resolve member issues while guiding customers with self-service technology.

You will process purchases, assist with returns and exchanges, and help maintain a safe shopping environment. You will also assist in training frontline staff on processes and new programs, and you will help merchandise zones and assist with safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment.
• Experience with mobile retail applications is preferred.
• Ability to assist members with purchasing decisions and payments.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service and maintains the checkout area.
• Resolves member issues and concerns and guides self-service technology.
• Processes member purchases and assists with returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Follows safety standards and conducts safety sweeps.
• Assists with training and rollout of new programs for frontline associates.
• Maintains store areas, verifies memberships, and supports merchandising.
