Job summary

Sam's Club in Cheyenne, WY is seeking a team member to assist Members by sharing information on Membership benefits and the value of store products and services. You will process Memberships upgrades and related credit accounts and support sales events.

Responsibilities include serving Members, maintaining safety, fulfilling orders (Fax n Pull, Click n Pull), and helping meet Membership goals while upholding Walmart's standards of integrity and service.

Responsibilities

• Develops and supports Membership by providing information on benefits and promoting the value of Company products.
• Processes Memberships upgrades and credit accounts.
• Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders and ensuring accuracy of items and invoices.
• Provides Member service by acknowledging needs and assisting with purchasing decisions.
