Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (cash register) and 6 months customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with supervision of associates and assign duties.
• Provide direction and feedback to associates on member service approaches to resolve complaints.
• Partner in recruiting, scheduling, coaching, and evaluating associates.
• Support membership information, processing memberships, upgrades, and renewals.
• Deliver member service by assisting with purchasing decisions and self-checkout guidance.
• Oversee area operations including merchandise, returns, and cleanliness; protect assets.
• Support accounting and cash handling procedures and daily deposits.
