Qualifikationen

• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Three years of financial institution experience preferred
• Cash handling experience required
• Basic mathematical and numerical accuracy skills
• Ability to type and use office equipment and terminals

Aufgaben

• Greet members and provide routine information about services
• Handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and balance inquiries
• Educate members on ATM, Online, Telephone and Mobile banking
• Open new accounts and maintain confidentiality
• Cross-sell services and meet sales goals
• Balance vault/ATM and complete end-of-day procedures
• Participate in community events and uphold credit union values
