Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of one-year experience in a sales or customer service role.
• Prior experience in a financial/banking institution preferred, not required.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries via calls, emails, or chat.
• Provide accurate information and resolve member issues.
• Document all interactions and update member data.
• Explain services, products, rates, and policies.
• Maintain quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• Support onboarding with new services and promotions.
