Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for members across phone, email, and digital channels.
• Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and process requests.
• Assist with online and mobile banking, bill pay, and remote deposit services.
• Provide back-up coverage for tellers and support for card operations as needed.
• Assist lending with loan applications and rate quotes.
• Maintain knowledge of products, policies, and regulatory requirements.
