Job summary

IAACU is seeking a member-focused Teller/New Accounts associate in Bloomington, IL. You will open and service consumer and business accounts, assist with online banking setup, and respond to member inquiries with accuracy and courtesy.

You will identify financial needs, promote credit union products, and support tellers as needed while ensuring compliance and high-quality service for our members.

Qualifications

• Requires strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to identify member needs and recommend financial products.
• Interest in learning multiple banking systems and data processing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Opens, maintains, and services consumer and business deposit accounts and IRA products.
• Responds to member inquiries and resolves issues with accuracy and courtesy.
• Promotes credit union products and services to strengthen member relationships.
• Provides support to tellers and service center staff as needed.
