Zusammenfassung

ICCU is seeking a member-facing teller to provide courteous, accurate service and promote Credit Union services. You will process transactions, advise on products, and help members achieve financial wellness.

Minimum one year of customer service or cash handling experience is preferred; strong math and communication skills are required. This on-site role supports branch operations and a welcoming member experience.

Qualifikationen

• One year of customer service or relevant experience required.
• Teller or cash handling experience preferred.
• Knowledge of financial institution regulations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions required.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently and as a team member required.

Aufgaben

• Maintains focus on helping each member achieve financial success.
• Provides general information about Credit Union services and cross-sells offerings.
• Performs member transactions accurately through multiple channels.
• Balances teller cash drawer and handles deposits and payments.
• Supports branch cash and coin ordering and processing.
• Keeps leadership informed of member needs and escalations.
