Job summary

ICCU in Post Falls, Idaho, is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Member Service Representative to help members with everyday financial transactions and to promote ICCU products and services. You will handle teller duties, cash handling, and account processes, with an emphasis on accuracy, confidentiality, and delivering a outstanding member experience in a fast-paced branch.

This full-time role requires availability for the 8:30–6:15 shift on Mondays and Fridays, plus every Saturday, and offers

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or relevant experience required.
• Teller or cash handling experience preferred.
• Knowledge of financial institution regulations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with a wide range of member transactions across channels.
• Provide information about ICCU services.
• Refer products and services to members.
• Resolve member concerns on first contact when possible.
• Support branch cash and merchant processing.
