Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail position requiring excellent customer service and cash handling.
• Experience with mobile retail applications is a plus.
• Must be able to work varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service and maintains the checkout area, resolving member issues and guiding self-service technology.
• Processes member purchases and assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policy.
• Maintains store areas and merchandise, assisting members with locating items and ensuring a safe shopping environment.
• Assists with training of associates on processes, tools, and new program rollouts.
