Mainstreet Credit Union is seeking a friendly Member Specialist to be the first point of contact for members, delivering outstanding service and building trust-based relationships. You will help members with transactions and account maintenance while guiding them to the right products and services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–12 months retail or financial experience with cash handling preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make product referrals based on member needs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong computer skills and quick adaptability to systems.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments accurately.
• Balance and manage a cash drawer per procedures.
• Greet members and provide high-quality service to determine needs.
• Make referrals to credit union products and services.
• Maintain knowledge of credit union products and services.
• Assist with account maintenance and basic banking tasks.
• Travel to locations as needed.
