Job summary

The position is hourly, with a pay range of 23.61 to 27.60 per hour and a progressive benefits package. You will handle member inquiries, resolve issues within authority, and work toward department goals while upholding confidentiality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 1–3 years of experience in a communication center and/or financial institution
• Punctuality and reliability for all scheduled hours, with overtime as needed
• Proficiency with related computer applications, spreadsheets, word processing, and databases
• Must be bondable
• Strong multitasking, accuracy and attention to detail
• Thorough knowledge of deposit products and regulations
• Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers
