Job summary

GreenState Credit Union in Iowa is seeking an MSR to acquire and expand member relationships while delivering exceptional service. You will balance cash, process transactions, and reach out with weekly outbound calls to identify loan and product opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least one year of MSR or related experience.
• High energy with strong sales ability and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coordinate and prioritize work with good time management.
• Accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Proficiency with computer applications, spreadsheets, word processing, and databases.
• Proven relationship-building skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain member relationships; identify opportunities for additional products.
• Balance cash drawer daily and perform MSR cash handling duties.
• Make weekly outbound sales calls to members and promote suitable services.
• Promote and sell loan protection products and other GreenState offerings.
• Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of member information.
• Support team goals and participate in departmental activities.
