Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of branch experience preferred in financial services.
• Ability to complete member applications accurately and timely.

Responsibilities

• Greet members in person or by phone and assist with membership/new account applications.
• Build long-term member relationships and identify additional services.
• Know loan products and regulatory requirements; originate and disburse loans as needed.
• Assist with Credit Union products and services with limited help.
• Complete Currency Transaction Reports with accuracy and report suspicious activity.
• Meet or exceed assigned goals and represent the Credit Union professionally.
