American Heritage Credit Union in King of Prussia/Wayne is seeking a Full-Time Member Experience Advisor to deliver premier service and proactively assist members with their financial needs in a consultative approach.

The role involves processing account and loan requests, using data systems to analyze engagement, and connecting members with SMEs to tailor solutions. Evening and Saturday shifts are required.

Formación

• 1–3 years of similar or related experience.
• High school education or GED.
• Full-time position with rotating evening and Saturday hours.
• FICEP certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Process account-related requests including opening basic consumer accounts and file maintenance.
• Handle basic consumer loan-related requests including applications, booking, disbursement, and file maintenance.
• Use sales tracking systems and member data tools to analyze engagement and offer suitable solutions.
• Coordinate with SMEs via SmartOffice/VANA to address members' complex financial needs.
