Job summary

Ardent Federal Credit Union in Philadelphia seeks a Member Service Representative to greet members, open accounts, and process applications with accuracy and courtesy.

You will build lasting member relationships, suggest suitable products, and help members with loan applications, while ensuring compliance and reaching goals. Travel to branches as needed to assist and represent the credit union professionally.

Qualifications

• Explain and initiate the processing of Credit Union services.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with completing membership/new account applications and greet members in person, on the phone, or remotely.
• Build long-term relationships and recommend additional services to fit member needs.
• Assist with loan products, originate and disburse approved loan applications.
• Complete Currency Transaction Reports accurately and report suspicious activity.
• Travel to branches as needed and represent the Credit Union professionally at all times.
• Meet or exceed all assigned goals.
