Job summary

The Credit Union of Texas is seeking a Member Relationship Specialist at a CUTX branch in McKinney, TX. You will be the primary contact for members, uncover financial needs, and deliver tailored solutions across membership, deposits, loans, and services.

You will meet sales and service goals, refer to internal partners as needed, and ensure interactions are accurate, compliant, and well-documented. You will use CUTX-approved AI and digital tools to support conversations and processing while

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of financial services or related experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an unexpected member experience by providing outstanding service to members.
• Uncover member needs through active listening and discovery questions, then recommend products and services.
• Regularly follow up with members to confirm financial needs are met and identify additional opportunities.
• Handle member concerns and complaints with empathy and accuracy; resolve within authority or escalate appropriately.
• Process new memberships, depository accounts, and loan applications accurately and within policy.
• Originate and process consumer loan applications, including documenting and supporting underwriting.
• Maintain compliance through proper documentation and disclosures; stay current on policies and procedures.
